Yarn Procurement

Our process begins with the careful selection of premium-quality yarn, typically blends like 65% Cotton / 35% Polyester or 80% Cotton / 20% Polyester, depending on the product. We source yarn from trusted suppliers known for consistency and strength. This ensures that the foundation of our fabric is soft, breathable, and durable. Each batch is tested to ensure it meets our high standards before moving forward in production.

Dyeing & Finishing

The knitted fabric is then dyed using eco-friendly, skin-safe dyes that resist fading and keep colors vibrant over time. We also apply softening and pre-shrinking treatments to ensure the fabric feels great on the skin and won’t shrink after washing. The dyeing and finishing stage gives our garments their final texture, color, and softness.

Cutting, Stitching & Logo Printing

After dyeing, the fabric is delivered to our cutting and stitching units. Using accurate size templates, we cut the fabric for different sizes and styles. Each piece is stitched by skilled tailors using high-quality thread and reinforced seams for extra durability.
